The deliciousness of Third Coast's baked treats is phenomenal - you would never know they are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and soy-free! And so many delectable things to try! I love the double chocolate donuts (easily the best cake donuts in TC), the lemon snack cakes, the ginger snappy pants cookies, the chocolate chip cream pies and all flavors of their scones! Plus they have outstanding coffee and matcha drinks (the iced mint matcha will change your life), all created and served by the best and friendliest staff. This bakery is a true unparalleled gem in the TC area!

Little expensive but the quality justifies the price. I wish the building and inside seating was bigger and more cozy. Otherwise 5 Stars. My whole family is vegan and we have absolutely loved this place since they've been open. Huge fans!

My son and his family live in Virginia and are gluten free (not by choice). I try to send treats at holidays for them to enjoy. For Easter this year I ordered the Everything Bagels, Snack Cakes, Almond Coffee Cake (a favorite of theirs), Italian croutons and the cheesy bread. As usual the order arrived safely and on time. My daughter-in-law messaged me that the bagels were the best GF bagels she has ever had and my 7 year old grandson agreed. She also said the snack cakes were amazing. And of course the other items did not disappoint. Third Coast is one of the few vegan bakeries that provides GF products that compare favorably to their gluten counterparts. Another successful Grandma treat enjoyed! Thank you Third Coast!

I love third coast bakery !! Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I really love the pumpkin donuts. I used third coast for my wedding too, they did the cake which was not only gorgeous but so tasty (guests couldn't even tell it was gluten free/vegan) and we had a treat tray as well of donuts and other things. As a queer person I also feel very safe and supported , Heather has no issues using gender neutral pronouns like some folks might.
Whether you are looking for a treat and a coffee, or looking to have the best wedding cake at your wedding, third coast has got you covered.

Gluten free establishment, so safety is not a concern. Yay! Unfortunately, they only had sweet treats available and some of their bagels in a jar (w/ no lid?) I am traveling and would have liked to drop some $$$ to take some dedicated GF breads and items the that are more difficult to find home with me, when I asked the baristas they seemed unsure of the answer and ultimately let me know that I need 3 days of notice to order things like breads and such. Hopefully they can offer some of their goods frozen in the future for traveling GF like me 😁 I ordered two of their bagel melts to go so that I could enjoy a unique treat specific to third coast bakery.

So delicious! I recently had to start eating dairy and soy free. We found this bakery and thought we’d give it a try. The chocolate lavender donut was so moist and flavorful - it’s not in the photo because I ate it so fast. It was pricey but worth every penny. The banana walnut muffin was just as amazing. I’ve been craving a good muffin and this is it!

We visited Third Coast for the first time on Saturday and immediately went back Sunday, too. The pastries, sandwiches, and espresso-based drinks are delicious and the service is top notch: kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. We can’t wait to make this a regular stop!

One of my top bakery experiences! You wouldn’t be able to tell, but everything is gluten, dairy, and soy free. I visited numerous times on my trip to Traverse City for Bayshore Marathon and enjoyed pastries and brought home their bagels. I would go out of my way to go back again.
